  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows may be charged the full price of the missed appointment.
  • If you are late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest.

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your treatment.
  • Some services may not be appropriate for clients with certain health conditions or during pregnancy.

4. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be reissued.

  • Monthly membership services do not roll over unless otherwise specified.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and subject to automatic renewal unless canceled in advance.
